Booking and Process

  1. How do I book a drone service?

  2. Answer: Booking is easy! Click the “Book now” button on our website, select your desired service, and choose a time that fits your schedule. We’ll confirm your appointment via email.

  1. How long does a drone session take?

  2. Answer: Most sessions last 1–2 hours depending on the package. Event packages can run 25 hours, and inspection timing depends on property size and scope.

  1. What happens after I book?

  2. Answer: After booking, we’ll coordinate with you to finalize details (e.g., location and specific shots). Once the job is complete, we’ll upload your files to a secure, password-protected page for download.

Pricing and Payments

  1. How much do your drone services cost?

  2. Answer: Real estate packages start at $95 for a 30-second listing video (Basic Photo $200). Event packages start at $300. Inspection packages: Roof Photo $225, Roof Photo + Video $325, Property Condition Aerial $275, Commercial starting at $400. Full details are on the home page.   2. Answer: We accept payments through Stripe via our Acuity Scheduling system. You can pay securely online at the time of booking.

Deliverables and Quality

  2. Answer: We deliver high-resolution photos in JPEG or RAW format and videos in MP4 or MOV, depending on your needs. Inspection documentation is delivered in the formats included with your package. Files are compressed into ZIP folders for easy download.

  1. How long does it take to get my files?

  2. Answer: Files are typically available within 24–72 hours after the session (depending on the selected package), uploaded to a secure link we’ll provide with a unique password.

Legal and Safety

  1. Do I need permission to use your drone services on my property?

  2. Answer: For private property, you as the property owner can grant permission. For public or commercial spaces, we handle necessary permits and comply with FAA regulations.
