•  Answer: Yes, all our pilots are FAA Part 107 certified, ensuring safe and legal drone operations for every project.

3.  Where do you serve?

•  Answer: We primarily serve the Kansas City metropolitan area, including Kansas City, MO, Kansas City, KS, Olathe, Overland Park, Shawnee, Lees Summit Independence and surrounding regions. Contact us for projects outside this area.

Booking and Process

1.  How do I book a drone service?

•  Answer: Booking is easy! Click the “Book now” button on our website, select your desired service, and choose a time that fits your schedule. We’ll confirm your appointment via email.

2.  How long does a drone session take?

  • Answer: Most sessions last 1–2 hours depending on the package. Event packages can run 2–5 hours.

3.  What happens after I book?

•  Answer: After booking, we’ll coordinate with you to finalize details (e.g., location, specific shots). Once the job is complete, we’ll upload your files to a secure, password-protected page for download.

Pricing and Payments

1.  How much do your drone services cost?

2.  What payment methods do you accept?

•  Answer: We accept payments through Stripe via our Acuity Scheduling system. You can pay securely online at the time of booking.

Deliverables and Quality

1.  What file formats will I receive?

•  Answer: We deliver high-resolution photos in JPEG or RAW format and videos in MP4 or MOV, depending on your needs. Files are compressed into ZIP folders for easy download.

2.  How long does it take to get my files?

•  Answer: Files are typically available within 24-72 hours after the session (depending on selected package), uploaded to a secure link we’ll provide with a unique password.

Legal and Safety

1.  Do I need permission to use your drone services on my property?

•  Answer: For private property, you as the property owner can grant permission. For public or commercial spaces, we handle necessary permits and comply with FAA regulations.

2.  Is drone photography safe?

•  Answer: Yes, our FAA-certified pilots follow strict safety protocols, ensuring no risk to people or property during your session.
