    ~45–60 min. Aerial stills of every slope, ridge, valleys, chimneys/vents, gutters, and problem angles. Delivery within 24–48 hours. FAA-licensed pilot.

    Roof Photo + Video — $325

    Same stills as Roof Photo Package plus a short ~30–60 second aerial walkaround video. Delivery within 24–48 hours.

    Property Condition Aerial — $275

    ~1 hour. Roof overview plus all elevations and lot/driveway aerial documentation. Delivery within 24–48 hours.
